Data We Collect

Willow Marketplace does not use tracking analytics, third-party advertising networks, or social media tracking pixels. The only data collected or stored is:

• Contact form submissions: If you submit the contact form on our homepage, we receive your name, phone number, and email address. This information is used solely to respond to your correspondence and is not shared with any third party.
• Server access logs: Our hosting provider maintains standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are not shared outside our hosting infrastructure.
• Cookie consent preference: A single entry in your browser's localStorage records whether you accepted or rejected the cookie notice on this site. This entry contains no personal information and is stored on your device, not on our servers.

Cookies

Willow Marketplace does not set any tracking cookies. The consent preference described above is stored in localStorage — a browser-side storage mechanism — and does not transmit any data to our servers.

Third-Party Content

This site displays images served directly from Wikimedia Commons (upload.wikimedia.org). When your browser loads these images, a request is made to Wikimedia's servers. This is subject to the Wikimedia Foundation Privacy Policy. We do not embed content from social media platforms, advertising networks, or other third-party analytics providers.

Your Rights Under Canadian Law

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation, you have the right to:

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months following the last correspondence in a thread, after which they are deleted. Server access logs are deleted after 30 days. The localStorage cookie preference entry remains on your device until you clear your browser storage.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated in a material way, the updated date at the top of this page will change. We will not notify visitors by email of routine policy updates. Material changes that affect how personal data collected through the contact form is handled will be noted explicitly with a dated revision note at the top of this document.
